N S UCH NordW-07 Schaka-Ta's Qiara
What a lady! Qiara is still a lady to look out for at dog shows in spite of her age - she is 9 1/2 year old. She won veteran class, become best female and finally she won BEST of BREED and of course BEST OF BREED VETERAN. My best congratulations to Qiara , Liv and Tom! BOS Veteran and 4th best male was my 10 year young Boris - INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari.	For ei "dame"! I en alder av 9 1/2 år er Qiara fremdeles en tispe som en skal se opp for i ringen. På NKK's Int utstilling på Kongsvinger vant hun veteran klassen, ble beste tispe for så til sist å bli BIR og dermed også BIR veteran. Mine best gratulasjoner til Qiara, Liv og Tom! BIM veteran og 4 Best hannhund ble min "10 år unge" Boris - INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari.

SKK's INT Dogshow Sofiero, Sweden, September 13

Rayah did it again!
SUCH Schaka-Ta's Tirayah won champion class and best female with CACIB and finally she became BOS at the Swedish Kennel Club' s International Dog show in Sofiero.

The judge's report about Rayah:
Beautiful presented in lovely condition. Great coat. Lovely pigment and dark eye. Good topline and nice tailcarriage. She moved extremely well.

Wanda is still enjoying her life without any extra obligations - as puppies
There will be no puppies this autumn after Wanda - a heavy false pregnancy did make it look like she really was pregnant. And I can tell you that she did really enjoy the extra attention and care....... :-) I will mate her when she has her next season. Wanda nyter fremdeles livet uten noen ekstra forpliktelser som valper. Det blir ingen valper etter henne denne høsten - en kraftig falsk drektighet fikk det til å se ut som om hun virkelig var drektig. Jeg kan fortelle at hun virkelig nøt den ekstra oppmerksomheten og særbehandlingen hun fikk...... Wanda vil bli forsøkt paret ved neste løpetid.

July 11th and 12th in Tvååker, Sweden
	Two dog shows held in Tvååker, Sweden July,11th and 12th. S CH Schaka-Ta's Tirayah is entered for the first time in champion class and she wins best female and BOS and the judge Kerrie Mansell write this about her: "Feminine head with correct proportions. Good bite. Good front assembly. Overall lovely balance Good tail and tailset. Very nice coat and presented in beautiful condition. Moved around the ring well." The next day Rayah beats that success! She wins best female and BEST OF BREED! Judge Ushi Eisner writes this about Rayah: "Harmonisch aufgebaute Hündin. Sehr schönen kopf. Steht gut im Quadrat. Sehr schönes Haarkleid. Rassetypisches Gangwerk. Gut gestellt und gewinkelt. Sehr schönes Haarkleid." My best congratulations to Liane and Rayah and to Rayah's granddaughter Lhinacre Killingmesoftly and Annica that went BOB puppy both days.
To utstillinger i Tvååker, Sverige weekenden 11 og 12 juli. We do also salute Boris daughter Milington's My Melody. She wins her last CAC and achieved her Swedish champion title. Our best congratulations to her breeder Carina & Sievert Hansson and owner Pia. Vi hilser også til Boris sin datter Milington's My Melody. Hun vinner på samme utstilling (12 juli)n sitt siste cert og oppnår sin svenske championtittel. Våre beste gratulasjoner til hennes oppdrettere Carina & Sievert Hansson og eier Pia.

Boris celebrates his 10th birthday!
	Boris and his 5 littermates were born July 7th 10 years ago. I did not plan to keep a male from this litter, but there were a special connection between us from the very beginning. When the litter was 3 days old I noticed that I always picked up a black puppy first and that this puppy always was the male (Boris was the only black male , but he had 4 black sisters). When the puppies were older and they were out playing in the garden, Boris always stopped playing when he saw me - he just wanted to say hello and be petted a little , then he went off to his littermates and continued the play. In the age of 10 year he still have the same lovely way of attitude. His anniversary was celebrated with friends. According to my friends Boris had invited them to a party. He planned to serve dry kibbles, but I thought it would be better with seafood to humans and kibbles and extra treats to the dogs :-)
Boris og hans 5 kullsøsken ble født 7 juli for 10 år siden. Jeg hadde ingen planer om å beholde en hannhund fra dette kullet, men det var en spesiell forbindelse mellom oss helt fra starten av. Da kullet var 3 dager gamle merket jeg meg at jeg alltid tok opp en av de sorte valpene først og at dette alltid var hannhunden ( Boris var den eneste sorte hannen, men han hadde tre sorte søstere). Da valpene var eldre og de var ute i hagen og lekte, så stoppet alltid Boris opp i leken og løp bort til meg om han så jeg kom ut - han ville bare si hei og få litt kos, så løp han ut til de andre valpene igjen og fortsatte leken. I en alder av 10 år har han fremdeles denne herlige måten å være på. Hans 10 års jubileum ble feiret med venner. I følge mine venner så hadde Boris invitert til selskap - han plan la å servere hundemat, jeg synes ideen var topp men det ble sjømat på oss tobente og hundemat og ekstra godbiter til hundene :-)

World Dog Show in Stockholm, 4th July. 105 Tibetan Terriers entered

Going to the World Show in Stockholm this year was mainly meant as a vacation with good friends and looking at other TTs, but I couldn't go with out one dog.

Black Pearl "Brenda" was entered in youth class at the World Show in Stockholm under the judge Torbjørn Skaar

She was awarded excellent in quality and she won the youth class!

Brenda was also awarded excellent at the Tibetan Breed World Show . Judge that day was Metoda Brakovic.

Å reise til Verdensutstillingen i Stockholm i år var hovedsakelig ment som ferie sammen med gode venner og å se på andres TT, men jeg klarte ikke dra uten en eneste hund.

Black Pearl "Brenda" ble stilt i unghundklassen på Verdensutstillingen i Stockholm for dommer Torbjørn Skaar.

Hun fikk excellent i kvalitet og hun vant unghundklassen!

Brenda fikk også excellent i kvalitet dagen etter på Tibetan Breed World Show. Dommer den dagen var Metoda Brakovic.

SKK Nat. Dogshow, Borås, June 29th Judge: Inger Ronander Brodal
	Schaka-Ta's Tirayah wins open class, is awarded her third CAC and by this win she is now a Swedish Champion. Finally she wins best female and BEST OF BREED. Rayah is a mature lady with her 6 year, but has only been to 11 dogsshow as an adult. My best congartulations to her owner Liane Wendt, kennel Lhinacre, Sweden. Schaka-Ta's Tirayah vinner åpen klasse og sitt tredje cert og med dette kan hun titulere seg Svensk Champion. Til sist blir hun beste tispe og BEST I RASEN med denne kritikken:"Utmärkt könsprägel, storlek och kan bära halvmåne. Utmärkta kroppsproportioner och stomme. Rätt rygg. Kort välvd länd. Utmärkt svans. Muskulösa lår. Rastypiska rörelser. Vacker päls. Bra temperament."
Rayah er en moden dame med sine 6 år, men hun har så langt kun vært stilt 11 ganger i sitt voksne liv - så dette er kjempebra :-) Mine beste gratulasjoner og takk til Rayah's eier Liane Wendt, kennel Lhinacre, Sverige.

INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari wins from veteran class best male and BEST OF BREED. This is what the judge Lisbeth Cambell writes on his critics: "Made after the standard. Great handcraft and very artistic performance, a fantastic representant for the breed!" In the finals Boris wins 4 BEST IN SHOW VETERAN INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari vinner fra veteran klassen beste hannhund og BEST I RASEN med denne kritikken fra dommer Lisbeth Cambell: "Laget etter standarden, flott håndverk, og meget kunstnerisk utførelse. June 23rd - Wanda celebrates her 3rd birthday
Wanda is celebrating her third birthday while she is watching out for her first fiancé - Wanda is in season and will be mated next week. Wanda feirer sin tredje fødselsdag mens hun holder utkikk etter sin første kjæreste - Wanda har nå løpetid og vil bli paret neste uke.

NTTK Spesialen June 14th

Unfortunately I had to work this weekend and could not go to the NTTK Speciality this year, but I want to congratulate Lise Eng and Leif Bjertnes with their lovely girl Schaka-Ta's Wi-Key. She was entered to her very first dog show in clipped class and she went best female and BOS in that competition.

Jeg måtte dessverre jobbe denne weekenden og kunne ikke dra på spesialen i år, men jeg ønsker å gratulere Lise Eng og Leif Bjertnes med deres herlige frøken Schaka-Ta's Wi-Key. Hun var påmeldt på sin aller første utstilling i nedklippet klasse, og hun ble beste tispe og BIM nedklippet.

	Vilma was celebrating her 11th birthday and she had a good time playing in the garden with her friends. They say you cannot learn a old dog to sit. Well I don't know, but I can tell you it's no problem learning them to jump. Just look at Vilma! Vilma feiret sin 11.fødselsdag med lek og moro i hagen med sine venner. Det sies at en ikke kan lære en gammel hun å sitte. Vel ikke vet jeg, men det er i alle fall ingen problem å lære dem å hoppe. Se bare på Vilma!

	Black Pearl "Brenda" - wins the youth class, best female, achieves her fifth CAC and become BOB Black Pearl "Brenda" - vinner unghund klassen, blir beste tispe, vinner sitt femte CERTog blir BIR.
INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari wins best male, best veteran and BOS. In the finals he wins 2 BIS Veteran - not bad for a nearly 10 year old lad! INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari blir beste hannhund, beste veteran og BIM. I BIS finalen blir han 2 BIS Veteran - ikke dårlig av en snart 10 år gammel gutt!

The Tibetan Terrier Club of America holdt sine årlige nasjonale spesial utstilling i Syracuse,NY den 27.mars. Dommer for dag var den velkjente allrounder Frank Sabella.

16 February - Naya celebrated her 12th birthday

	Int Nord UCH Schaka-Ta's Minaya "Naya" celebrated her 12th birthday the 16th February. She is sitting here on the bench besides her nearly 15 years old mother Kymara. Int Nord UCH Schaka-Ta's Minaya "Naya" feiret sin 12 års dag den 16 februar. Hun sitter her på benken ved siden av sin nesten 15 år gamle mor Kymara.

INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari won BOS and BOB Veteran. From the BIS ring he took home the 4 BIS Veteran. N CH Schaka-Ta's Wah-Yanda decided that this was not the day for dog-show, but for fun and pranks - as she sometimes does when I want to show her:-) She didn't through herself down at the floor, rolling around with all the four legs up in the air, as she has done earlier. This time she took the limping trick - the judge told me that my dog was limping and of course I couldn't tell him that he was wrong, but that my dog is a great actress. Well out of the ring my girl didn't limp at all. She through herself down at the floor with her front legs straight forward and her hind legs backwards, looked me straight in the eyes, barked and invited me to play with her. When I trained her in the ring afterwards she walked like a dream - no limping at all!	INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari vant BIM og BIR Veteran. Fra BIS-ringen tok han hjem 4 BIS veteran. N CH Schaka-Ta's Wah-Yanda bestemte seg for at dette var ikke dagen for utstilling men for gøy og fante streker - noe hun av og til gjør når jeg stiller henne :-) Denne gangen kastet hun seg ikke ned på ryggen og rullet rundt med alle fire bena i luften som hun har gjort tidligere. Denne gangen brukte hun halte-trikset. Dommeren fortalte meg at min hund haltet og jeg kunne selvsagt ikke fortelle ham at han tok feil, og min hun bare var en stor skuespillerinne, Vel ute av ringen så haltet ikke frøkna i det hele tatt. Hun kastet seg på gulvet med forbena rett frem og bakbena rett bakover, tittet meg rett inn i øynene med et skøyeraktig blikk, bjeffet og inviterte meg til lek. :-) Da jeg trenet henne i ringen etterpå gikk hun som en drøm - ingen tegn til halting i det hele tatt!

	N S CH NordV-07 Schaka-Ta's Qiara "Qia" was top winning TT veteran in 2007 and 3rd best female. My best congratulations to Liv and Tom with great results trough the year. INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari "Boris" achieved to be # 2 Top Winning Male and #2 Top Winning veteran in 2007. Even if he is in his 10th year I continue showing him now and then as long as he loves it as he does. N S CH NordV-07 Schaka-Ta's Qiara ble mestvinnende Veteran i 2007 og 3. mestvinnende tispe. Vi gratulerer så mye til Liv og Tom Andersen for flotte resultater gjennom et helt år. INT NORD CH NV-01 Schaka-Ta's Pobari "Boris" ble 2. mestvinnende hannhund og 2. mestvinnende veteran i 2007. Selv om han går i sitt 10. år så fortsetter jeg å stille ham nå og da så lenge han elsker å vise seg som han gjør. NUCH Schaka-Ta's Wah-Yanda og NUCH Schaka-Ta's Wihn-Wihn oppnådde å bli henholdsvis 7. mestvinnende tispe og 9. mestvinnende tispe.
